Discretion
No names. No photographs of clients. No destinations. Ever.
Private Client Office
The things that matter rarely fit inside a category.
I — The office
A private office for a small number of clients. The same person every time — and every request returned resolved.
The default answer is never a list of options.
It is: consider it arranged.
II — Scope
No names. No photographs of clients. No destinations. Ever.
Direct relationships with owners, captains and houses.
You are not handed a list. You are handed an answer.
You handle nothing. Not even when something goes wrong.
III — Approach
In whatever form suits you, at whatever hour. Never a form to fill in.
The office decides, negotiates and coordinates. You are never asked to compare quotes.
On the ground and in person. Resolved before it reaches you.
Where most of the work happens, through the full season, with the office's own people on the island.
The city once the season turns, and the point of continuity for the rest of the year.
The office travels with the request — the coast, the cities, the snow, the long-haul. Nothing changes hands.
A note
This office is deliberately small. A handful of clients a season is the only way to answer properly when something will not wait.
What you ask for stays with the person you asked. It is not passed down a chain, and it is not handed to a desk that has never met you.
In time it stops being a service. It becomes knowing the table you prefer, the house you would not like, and the evening you would rather stay in.
